Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.

Return Authorization

Please contact us before sending any product back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Conditions

• Products damaged by misuse or improper handling
• Products returned incomplete or with missing parts
• Products returned without prior authorization
• Custom-made or personalized products (if applicable)

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period of time.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or an incorrect item was shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the package and product.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it will be subject to the return process described above.
